I’ve been a Massage Therapy Professional since 2018, but grew up around, and worked in, the medical profession for many years. Alternative medicine was something I became interested in when I found out that I could still help people, without having to be a nurse or a doctor, and do it with a natural approach. I have been studying herbs, oils, plants and other therapies for almost a decade now, and this is what led me to the wonderful art of massage.
I absolutely love to do Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, as well as any other type of Spa Therapy. I can do Prenatal and Postnatal, too! I love making you feel better in your body and take any step I can to help accomplish that.
I strive to maintain and expand my knowledge with many different types of traumas including PTSD, Substance Abuse, Anxiety, Depression, and many other challenges people face in their daily life. I believe that through the practice of Yoga (Asana), Meditation, and Massage I can help you gain (or regain) the sense of the body, heart, and mind connection.
I aim to give you the tools you need to start fresh with more clarity in your mind, more strength and knowledge about your bodies, and hopefully leading to a calmness in spirit.
When I am not working, you can find me at the mountain snowboarding, on a hiking trail in our wonderful backyard, at the ocean, or possibly any other adventure I can conjure up!
I am licensed in the states of:
Missouri with the Missouri Board of Massage, LMT #2019018258
Oregon with the Oregon Board of Massage, LMT #24785.

Anthony, or AJ for short, began his career as a yoga teacher in 2015 when he finished his first 200 hour yoga teacher training with Yoga For Life in Portland, Oregon. Teacher training for him was about deepening his personal yoga practice. He started working part time as a yoga teacher, while working his main job in a stressful sales career at a fortune 50 company. He did many more trainings from there, totalling about 1,000 hours since.
Through yoga, AJ also found Ayurveda and fell in love with the whole system. He found that Ayurveda was a great framework for improving his day to day life and creating routines. Studying and learning more about Ayurveda is a personal passion, and something he hopes to learn more about to help others.
AJ’s personal yoga practice has changed and redefined many times since he started practicing in 2005. He started watching DVD sequences, and then started branching out into studio classes. He has studied and practiced many of the more common styles including hatha, yin, power vinyasa, ashtanga. AJ’s has also been fortunate enough to practice a lot of different places including New York City, The US Virgin Islands, and Nepal.
In 2018, AJ completed his 800 hour massage school program at East West College of the Healing Arts, in Portland Oregon. He enjoyed the science and the art of massage, and in school focused on electives of Tui Na (Chinese Massage) and Spa Techniques (mud and salt scrubs, body wraps, aromatherapy, and hot stones). His other massage modalities include: Ashiatsu, Himalayan Salt Stone, Vichy, and Cupping (fire and suction cups). He has worked in a variety of massage settings including Day Spas and Private Practice.
Reiki is also a modality that AJ works with. He did his Reiki master training in 2017 in Seattle, Washington with Marie Manucherie. He doesn’t use it a lot on it’s own, but incorporates reiki into his massage practice, using his intuition.
Outside of work AJ has many diverse hobbies and interests. He loves being outdoors, mostly hiking. He also occasionally rock climbs, kayaks. He also does a lot of photography, both as a hobby and as a job. When not out and about, you can find AJ at home in the kitchen.
